Program Overview

Palco Performance programs concentrate on directional acuity that support improved personal coordination and kinetic functionality. Starting with simple linear techniques, we will identify the corrections needed to enable the athlete to transfer that same knowledge to their lateral movements. Being able to maintain postural balance between the two motions will play a key role in the athlete’s ability to perform in certain situations.

Whether you are maneuvering through traffic in a football game, or looking to hit your breakaway speed on the track, these exercises are designed to expose elite potential in a short period of time.
